The crispy chicken was very old, they had it for a long time, it was hard and cold and that's how they sold it and then the manager acted very arrogant towards the 2 managers, no one wanted to serve me, very bad treatment.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We went to the drive-thru about 10:20 this morning and the lady was not only utterly rude but could barely understand us. We had to repeat our order a total of four times in order for her to comprehend what we were trying to order. I do not know if she is even capable of understanding English but she messed up the order four different times.
When we got to the window the lady at the window did not look happy to see anybody and when I handed her my credit card right out of my hand and slammed the window shut. When she handed the card back she threw it at us haven't slammed the window back shut.
When we got our order the croissants were labeled as sausage but in fact were bacon
We just tell you to cut our losses and just posted review but we will never be going back to that particular facility

Well hello there I had to take a long drive up here to deliver something and I was hungry as hell but I went in until I did that delivery first I stopped at the Brown's Chicken but their tenders were awfully high not they didn't cost the same as once I get out for the South so I looked across the way and there was a Burger King so I said let me go there went inside I had my Burger King app turned on and it has a special whoppers cause closer $7 in Burger King but with the special I got it for $4.99 today I told him I wanted everything on it no ketchup burn my bun and my feet I mean they didn't burn it up but they burned it just the way I love it they toasted it got the extra pickles extra onions no ketchup lettuce tomato oohwee buddy that was one of the best tasting weapons I ever eaten in a long time at Burger King I don't know when I'll ever be able to get up there again but I'll tell you what it was an hour drive for me to go go up there but if I can find another Burger King that can make a Whopper like that I'll be there everyday buying one I wouldn't care if it did cost $7 that was one of the best made Whoppers I've ever had thanks Burger King I hope for everything up around Melrose Park get up there and grab you one of those burgers I'm talking about the Whopper the real Whopper thank you have a nice day
