The staff is always polite, patient, and genuinely kind, even during busy times. Ordering is fast, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. Some locations even have play areas, which is a huge plus for families with young kids. Portions are just right, and the quality never feels rushed even when they’re busy. Definitely one of the most reliable fast-food spots for a great meal.
I placed a catering order and somehow the time was incorrect. I went directly to the store and told them my dilemma. The team was AMAZING!!! The had the cooking crew work on my order IMMEDIATELY!! Erica and Abby (I hope that I got their names correctly) are the poster board women for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
First time going through the drive-thru, everything was okay. But we did not receive forks for our Mac and cheese, not toy or ice cream for the kids meal, and no sauce after we asked for some.
