Dropped off my Mother she and her friends had lunch there. They were a table of ten at least. Separate checks. The young lady who took care of them was terrific! She was very pleasant and patient with her clients. I don't think anyone used the device on the table to make any transactions which would have been more efficient for all! Thank you Chill's!

We arrived and were told that it was a 20 min wait that became a 40 min wait once I went inside to check the host tells me that they were no longer seating anyone per management . Luckily one of the servers overheard me complaining and was sweet enough to still sit us down at a table . The manger did not care about his angry customers or staff and did nothing to back them up when customers were complaining about the bad /cold food . The waitress were very kind and patient but...

The employee's are unsanitary (They don't use gloves) and the atmosphere is appealing, however. First time going to this Chilis in Melrose Park and the staff forgot to give the 1 other item I payed for, got home and later realized.
