Barely get what you pay for. The meat they give is barely enough to feed a baby!

Online order. Whole pile of sour cream was on top. And this was after mixing it and found oil at the bottom with no rice. Terrible service. This was a salad btw.

thinnest burrito I’ve ever seen in my life and mind you it has guacamole! It literally has 3 strips of meat and the rest taste like guac & lettuce, It’s so nasty!! Every bite is soggy and everything is green 🤢🤮I had to literally spit it out!! I’m never going back again in my life….. let me explain better, I do ask for half of a spoon of beans and rice but the rest??? And Indeed I asked for a lil extra meat but the girl put a ton of it, so I told her to just take it off but took off more than what she had put. So yea I got left with half of spoons of everything and extra lettuce and guac… it wasn’t it tbh, it might’ve been on me for asking for a burrito how I like it but there’s where we at rn…

Usually pretty good when coming here. I understand new people have to learn how to do things but teach them the same. Half a scoop of meat and beans is pathetic. I have made thicker quesedillas then what my burrito was today.

This place is filthy I even said the garbage is overflowing and on the floor they said yes we know you need to hire better managers

As of this writing, this location has a 2.9 rating. After eating there today, I fully understand why. With an Amazon facility across the street and a huge community college close by, this is a potential goldmine wasted on the laziest management I have ever seen. If you want to have an experience where nothing goes right, this is the place for you.

First, it was 1:00 on a weekday. They were running out of rice, beans, and some of the meats. Most places would have been prepared to refill those things seeing as how they would be in high demand at that time of day. What was this place's solution? Just scrape up whatever skimpy portion you can off the bottom of the container and pass it off to the customer who is about to pay $10 for this meal.

When adding stuff to your bowl, most places would give some kind of verbal cue saying that they are ready for you to say what you'd like to add. Not here. They just look at you blankly and hope you figure it out. Then when the liaison to the cashier asks if you want anything else, she conveniently starts a non-related conversation with a nearby coworker likely causing the customer to have to repeat themselves.

Also, there were no napkins in the dispensers, the soda machine was pouring watered down (three dollar) drinks, and there was not a single clean table in the entire place so no matter where you sat, you were left with a nice view of someone else's discarded bits of corn and rice atop of a guacamole smear on the metal slab table.

Whoever manages this place really ought to be ashamed of themselves. It actually takes talent to run a place this poorly.

They are always out of something and the wait times can be 30 plus minutes. Bad if you go there on break at work.

Disappointing Service and Unprofessional Manager

I’ve been a regular customer at this restaurant, typically ordering the same dish — a bowl with rice, beans, chicken, and cheese. Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely disappointing due to the behavior of the manager.
When I arrived, the service felt cold, but I thought it might be because the manager was busy. However, things took a turn when my young son (3 years old) asked for some extra cheese, something he’s always been given with a smile during my frequent visits (I come about three times a week). When I politely asked the manager for more cheese, he looked at me as if my request was unusual. To my surprise, he took the cheese, set it aside without any acknowledgment, and rudely instructed one of the workers, “Let her pay for it.”
This was not only uncalled for but also disappointing, as the other staff members are always polite and accommodating, especially to my son. It was the first time I encountered this manager, and unfortunately, when I inquired, I learned it was the same person in charge.
I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. It’s a shame, as the food is good, but the treatment from the manager was unacceptable.

I’m so disappointed in this location and to have to make this bad review. Where do I start?. I work across the street and had been getting food from here for lunch for about 6 months now. I was thinking of lunch options today and almost ordered it but looked at my last order and remembered the 1 star rating I gave. I’ve added the pictures of the last few bowls for reference… If the employees aren’t going to honor the options given on the app for ordering, what is the point of being able to customize the order? EVERY TIME I order, it’s the same order(as seen below).. extra everything (including paid double steak) and every time, they drop the ball. The lettuce you see pictured is all I was given. Doesn’t look like extra to me, what about you? Neither the cheese.. the list goes on. And don’t get me started on the meat portions that YOU PAY AN INCREASE IN PRICE ON AND AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE EXTRA. They only consistently give extra rice, salsa, and sour cream. It’s frustrating because you pay all that money to get skimped! Make it right! Treat the orders like you’d like yours to be treated. The order details are on the ticket, same as the sticker they label the container with. Yet, I feel like they do what they want each time. Pickup is supposed to be a quick option and same service, it’s not that at all. The inside pickup is also disorganized. Unless you as the patronizing customer speaks up, the employees will ignore you. Nobody greets you. Nobody offers to help. I stand at the counter which is at the end of the checkout lane and right next to seating, so it’s kind of in the way. In order to get consistent good food and proper portions, you have to go inside. I also don’t like being inside because this location is always terribly busy and not the cleanest. The tables are always messy. The floors are messy. Drink stations are always messy and limited in supply.. I have to go to the counter and inform them there’s no cups, lids, tabasco, etc.. and they give you a look before getting you what you need.. makes you not want to ask! I only came to review on Google in hopes I’d actually get some resolve because I’ve left several negative ratings after order pickup to no avail because I’ve never been contacted by anyone or compensated. Everything is high these days, not to mention chipotle announcing their decision to raise prices, so it’s really frustrating to choose to spend your hard earned dollars for nothing.
