Spinach instead of lettuce!!! Terrible. I drove 3.2 mi because the Chipotle near us (.9) mi was very terrible and this is what I get. Is it because I did not put tip? What’s the diff between being in Chipotlane and being inside the store? There is no added labor for them to prep an online order. They don’t ask tip when you go inside the store! I wonder what kind of management Chipotle has because service is getting poorer and poorer.. not to mention the Franklin Park store....
Great service, food, and cleanliness! It smells amazing as soon as you walk in! Parking is decent. There is not a lot of seating inside but usually seats available, also some outside. You can't go wrong with a steak protein bowl with the works!
Well, usually the spot I' m stopping by is crowded so maybe that causes the stress out on the crew.
Why does the brand instruct personnel to put a lot of rice, few of the selected topping using different utensils for it, first and last time with this brand.
Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think people in wheelchairs can access those doors, the door mechanism works against the entrance and is very strong, no sense.
