The experience was horrible this time around. We went with my bf son the 23rd of March. First of all we got in line and we had to wait for I’m not sure why. Our little one had to use the bathroom and we asked the associate if we can quickly use the bathroom because she had no clue when the line would move. She said no and I had to get out of line and take him out. As soon as we went back inside everyone who was in line was already in and WE HAD to wait in line again. Then we ordered food and they gave us a number and we had waited an hour and half and still nothing! We told the cashier to refund us because that’s ridiculous. She said oh the manager has to come and we not only waited an hour and half but an extra 30 min for the manager to never come to the front. Finally my bf went to go look for the manager and she had the audacity for say oh wait for me in the front as if i hadnt waited over 30 min already.
This was just beyond the worst experience and the service was just horrible! It def makes me rethink to come to this location.

There's a decent amount of games for older and younger kids. My toddler really loved the trampoline (its $12 per kid for the trampoline). The pizza was good but we didn't like the cheesy bread. The food took longer than expected to arrive but to be fair the place was pretty busy. The workers there were really friendly and helpful. So many if the kids got so excited when the Chuck E mascot was walking around lol my toddler can't wait to go back.

I haven't been in a Chuck E. Cheese in a min. Was kinda lost at first because now you use a reloadable card lol. My baby had a blast, that's what matters❤️

We got the best service at this Chuck E Cheese compared to other locations we’ve gone to. Aliyah was a great help when it came to explaining the different packages they had.

I had my 4 year old bday party here and chaotic is probably the best description. They have added a small trampoline space but it was not open. It was advertised new games but I counted at 10 games that was out of order. The party was supposed to include a host but my host was also the manager and was busy the entire party. My daughter candle didn't get lit for the group happy birthday song when chuck e came out because my host wasn't there. They have a new interactive floor which was fun for the kids. The birthday show/dance was supposed to be the host, chucke, and the birthday star dancing. However all the children were allowed to rush the floor, no host had control so the birthday stars were pushed out. The price for party has increased but the customer service has not. I would suggest another location with working games, opened trampoline, and bigger space would be the only reason to pay the price of 31.99 per child. The pizza and wings were good.

I want to share my recent experience at the Chuck E Cheese location in Melrose Park, Illinois. The overall atmosphere at the store was pleasant. However, I noticed that several games were either not available or malfunctioning. I understand that the store is currently undergoing renovations, but this has been an ongoing issue for the past few weeks, which is concerning. Despite the troubles with the games, the food and atmosphere were quite delightful, offering a positive aspect to the overall experience.
Parking: There is plenty of parking that you can park since this is located in a strip mall which is quite easy for any Chuck-E-Cheese customer to park whenever and wherever they want to the longest it doesn't get in the way of anybody parking.
Kid-friendliness: Hey there! Don't forget about all the great kid-friendly news at this location. There are tons of games and accessories, as well as plenty of interactive activities for kids of all ages. It's an awesome experience that any kid would love!
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped parking spaces and accessible entrances for customers with disabilities to easily access vehicles, entrances, and seating arrangements.

I would like it to have more fun for children over 6 years old, because they are already 7 to 10 years old and get bored with games for such little ones?
