ZERO STARS!!! I try and try to give this location the benefit of a doubt and keep coming here be it’s so close to home and I’m paying faithful for a silver membership. But I’m always leaving feeling defeated and beyond irritated. Today 12/27/25, my son and I are waiting another family who took god knows forever and other families were behind us. Out of no where another cashier walks up and another family jumps the line instead of the cashier calling next in line. So now we’re standing in line longer than the 15 minutes we were already waiting. The manager is always acting like he done snorted a few lines and never knows anything. And they annoy me so bad with cutting the machines off early (12 minutes before closing). Regardless of the time y’all closed I want my lil $14membership worth ever time I come. Back to the villa park location I go.

My experience here was terrible. The customer service sucks. As that right here they told us that the kid jump area will be open at 3:30 ends up to finding out they did not open until 4:30 due to the fact that the staff did not want to go back there and stand next to the door being open. I had asked multiple times since 330 had hit. I had paid for my kids to jump around. They told me oh in five minutes. Waited back there for five minutes then all of a sudden suddenly my husband went to the front and asked again if somebody was gonna open the doors, she said give them 15 minutes and they will be back there. It took them a whole hour to come to the back to open up while I already had asked for my refund because I only had 30 more minutes. I left for playtime for my kids so as I’m about to leave my kids, see one of the coworkers coming back there to open the doors my kids end up throwing a fit so I had to repay for them to jump around after I just asked for a refund. The customer service here really sucks and they do not know how to communicate with each other or figure out a schedule.

Booked a mega party for a group of 13+. (first time booking) Birthday girl was supposed to be included in party over 12+, they overcharged me for birthday girl. Prior to booking, was supposed to be charged a 50 deposit, was charged $55 instead. (Not an issue) this deposit was to be deducted from my party. but was not. We paid cash, after the party was over i was charged an additional $30 (unauthorized charge) to the card on file for whatever reason. we were there for the party + 2 hrs after that and was not notified for about any additional charges.. There was a lot going on so when i received the bill that was given to me, i paid, tipped the host $35 and realized later i was overcharged.. called guest relations to tried and resolve this, was forced to leave my name and number for a call back, in which i never received. Don’t get me wrong the kids had fun and the adults had a good time too, Overall it was a good experience besides the fact that they will overcharge you. Not only that but a fight broke out during our party (unrelated to us) hopefully you will all have a good experience, this was mine.

The worst managed Chuck E Cheese we've ever been to. We counted 19 staff and they only had 1 at the register. There were more than 20 people in line and staff standing around. Avoid this place.

I've had great experiences and okay experiences at this location. I recently did the $99 bday party and it was GREAT. Julie was my host and she was so amazing. It turned out to be such a a stress free event. This location is the best earlier in the day from 10a-4p when it's not too crowded.
