It was decent, my kids had fun . Food is way overpriced. Also, security had guns on them, I mean, What? ?....its that serious, huh? I went there for a bday party, personally I won't go back to that one.

It's just gotten so expensive. My grandson enjoys himself but we don't go too often anymore because it's just gotten so darn expensive. You spend so much money to play games & get little cheap toys that are worth pennies.

This is by far the cleanest, best maintained Chuck E. Cheese I've ever been to. The staff is so kind and attentive. They have security guards placed at the entrance and throughout the game areas. The eating areas, salad bar, and drink station were very clean... Even the bathrooms were spotless. All the games were in good working order too. We had a great time here today and will definitely be back again soon!

Yesterday I had a reservation for My baby second birthday, which was very special for me and the service was terrible. When I walked in an employee ask to confirm my order and mentions our host was on lunch. We didn’t know who our host was until a hour later that she shows up and didn’t assistance with anything the whole time she was just cleaning up getting stuff together for them to leave.I had to host myself serve the pizza and all it’s really upsetting to go through this nobody deserves to feel this way on celebrating a special day! Never again worse service ever!!

The location is decently clean but the place is small. The games are close together which can be uncomfortable when packed. The pizza is dry as sand paper.Parking: Plenty of spots and it's free.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly games but the location is small.
We experienced a 25-minute delay entering, despite a lack of crowds, due to staff issues. With my card, it should only take 3 minutes to enter and add points on the machine.
