I had a great customer service experience with Gio tonight. The restaurant was packed and understaffed but he promptly took my take out order. When my order was ready, he brought it to me as I was waiting at the bar.

The nicest staff ever. Especially gio. There was a confusion with our wait time but it was resolved fast and we were really pleased with the service. Love this place can’t recommend it enough. 10/10 super clean. Great ambiance. And amazing food.

I had severe food poisoning from shrimp and crawfish seafood boil. I was hospitalized. And now on various medication, this is the first time I’ve ever left a bad review on a restaurant even if I didn’t like the food this place seriously made me ill I did blood test to make sure .Honestly very disappointing. The restaurants atmosphere was very beautiful and service was great just never did I think I’d be this sick nearly on my death bed from going out for a “ nice “ dinner with my boyfriend. I understand this might not be everyone’s experience at this restaurant. Just please watch out I wouldn’t want anyone else experiencing what I had to especially being hospitalized . I promise you I’m not making this up ,honestly made me so beyond ill and I want people to be informed !!

Food was great, server Brianna was great, clean place. However, the owner was attitude was terrible. Probably won't go back just because of the way he handled us.

Received a coupon in the mail was going to go have lunch and Gamble and he said no you can only use one side of this coupon remind you the place is dead and there were four of us and only one of us wanted to eat the other three wanted to gamble not only did they lose money on the food because nobody ate but then they lost money from us gambling cuz we left

Absolutely amazing place! First time being there! Melissa (server) was very helpful when it came down to me ordering. Gave her recommendations for spices and heat level. I went with the Winter Menu item which was the Jumbo Bag (pictured).

Our food was GREAT but the smell inside this restaurant from the sewer system is HORRIBLE! I complained when they first opened because the issue was in the bathrooms but now as soon as you walk in it smacks you in the face. Maybe we need to send the inspectors to help them get it together.

The service was great- the young lady who took care of us did a great job serving us. The food was not all great- we bought two bags with mild and hot Cajun sauce yet tasted the same. Flavor was bland. Was super excited to come here for my birthday for the first time but walked out still hungry.
