Cuisine de Jibarito has very authentic Puerto Rican food with lots of Puerto Rican cultured decorations inside. We ordered the Tour de Puerto Rico and it came with A TON of food; we had lots of leftovers. It was very nicely displayed in three layers with a lot of variety of different types of Puerto Rican classics. I will say, the wait was very long for all this food, almost an hour and we were starving when we sat down. They mentioned it was all being made fresh, so just be prepared to wait a little for your food. They very graciously gave us an extra side of rice due to the long wait. If I want another Jibarito in the future, I will keep this place in mind!

The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the fantastic meal. I recommend this restaurant to all food enthusiasts seeking a memorable dining experience esp. those who love jibaritos as much as I do. The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is due to the relleno de papa tasting spoiled. Aside from that, the combination of delicious food and friendly service makes it an absolute gem.

1st time ordering from this restaurant I live nearby so I figured I would try it out I ordered take out, tostones and a steak jibarito with arroz con gandules didn’t care much for the rice no taste the jibarito on the other hand was delicious the tostones were super oily wasn’t expecting that they were not strained properly or patted to remove excessive oil, I was a bit disappointed ☹️
