I haven't been to Denny's in quite a long time. Today I decided I wanted breakfast for dinner after seeing the Grand Slam commercial. I went in and ordered and they brought the food out to my car. Everything was perfect from the scrambled eggs to the bacon, sausage and ham. I will definitely do it again.

I used to go there every Sunday, so now with the COVID-19 implementation, i ordered to go thinking it will be the same quality and amount of food, WRONG, I ordered a salad with chicken tenders (extra for this) and i got very little lettuce, 6 cherry tomatos, 3 cucumber slices and 1 chicken tender for almost 10 dollars!!No going back...ripped off.

GREAT GREAT TASTING COFFEE WHAT A WAKE UP FOOD IS SERVED QUICK SEEINGING IT WAS MODERATELY BUSY...I HAD A FANTASTIC WAITRESS SHE HAD DARK HAIR YOUNG GIRL BUT KNOWS HOW TO DO HER JOB WELL.. This is the worst experience I have ever had at this Denny's. First I had to give my name and number and was told it was a 20 minute wait. 30 minutes later and still nothing till my husband went into the place and they finally seated us, only sit another 30 plus minutes without anyone coming up to our table to take our order. That's when we picked up and left. I then called the phone number and asked to speak to a manager, to be told to wait one moment 15 minutes later and I was still on hold. I then hung up and went to I hop who not only seated us right away but also asked if we needed anything. I hope this review has people thinking twice before even attempting to eat in. .P.S. I'm disabled and a diabetic, so not to be able to eat on time and not being able to take my medication with food on time is very harmful to me.
There wasn’t an option for poor customer service, however, that’s exactly what you should expect at this location. Not so much the crew, but the “manager”, Tanisha, is HORRIBLE! She is rude and told our group if we didn’t like how she spoke to us to leave. Never again! We have been going up this location for years with a party of no less than 20 each time- You have lost our business! Either get her into a customer service class or let her mop, but she definitely shouldn’t be managing!

The food arrived at the table nice & hot. It was tasty & looked good too, with the ex option of the ham omlete my friend ordered, he had to have them make it over but other think that the meals were very tasty. Our waitress was friendly & attentive. The restaurant was clean & calm and they were practicing social distancing

I’ve never made a review like this but honestly this is so unacceptable, today I’m arriving at 7:05am at this Denny’s location and the staff is not here!!!!!, manager is not here!!! only a cook guy and the host which obviously felt lost and embarrassed on behalf of their team, bearly opening when there’s a huge sign saying we are open at 6am ? I didn’t get my breakfast due to poor management and non complaint workers everyone arrived late, no one seemed to be rushed to open and provide service ??♀️
