I must confess that I am feeling rather weary. I simply inquired if the item was indeed my order, and I was met with a rather unpleasant attitude from the employee. While I certainly understand the pressures of working in such an environment, I do believe it is important to refrain from displaying signs of frustration towards customers.

two workers were bullying a new employee (she didn't understand how to take an order). instead of helping, they ignored her. I felt sorry for her. they charged me for a coffee I didn't order but they refunded the money without any questions.

The people here are rude and the hispanic lady will let the line go all the way to the door without evening serving you it’s ridiculous the amount of disrespect. you are standing there waiting and they act like they don’t see you

I like this place, in fact, I started to frequent it...the service was very good from several people, except for a young, handsome man, who we were there today and I'm not very good with English, which a very kind lady helped me...but the young man had a rude, racist appearance, he gave me things in a bad way and with gestures...I'm just a customer and I'm only going to buy, I think that both I and other people deserve better attention from him and I respect..
