12/26/2025 I went to buy a ice cream cake and no one knew how to write happy birthday on cake. Then, I took the cake drove to my house 20 minutes of drive and once I got home the cake was melting. And to make it even worse the staff you had that day had a tired, frustrated face and with an attitude.

Lady calling herself a manager is always texting as she’s taking orders. My order is always wrong, can’t even get a decent coffee. My coffee didn’t taste right. It’s overly sweet. I said no sugar but because she’s too busy on her phone she can’t take the order correctly. I went to a different Dunkin yesterday, ordered the same way & it was delicious. Thanks for the $6 cup of diabetes.

It's a typical DD, you know what to expect. Good spot for a Coffee and Donut. DD is pretty reliable in delivering an average experience no matter the store.

I must confess that I am feeling rather weary. I simply inquired if the item was indeed my order, and I was met with a rather unpleasant attitude from the employee. While I certainly understand the pressures of working in such an environment, I do believe it is important to refrain from displaying signs of frustration towards customers.

If I could give a 0 star I would. This dukin is the worst location I have ever went to. I gave them plenty of chances before doing this review. No ice in my iced drink and wasn't made right.
