I like this place, in fact, I started to frequent it...the service was very good from several people, except for a young, handsome man, who we were there today and I'm not very good with English, which a very kind lady helped me...but the young man had a rude, racist appearance, he gave me things in a bad way and with gestures...I'm just a customer and I'm only going to buy, I think that both I and other people deserve better attention from him and I respect..

Today, 09/12/24, I bought coffee and the coffee was lukewarm. I measured how much when I was already about 7 minutes away. It can't be that the service of the 3 young women, especially one with red hair, is not lukewarm at the same time, very bad attitude, no. I liked the service and the employees didn't even pay attention to me chatting. I will not buy coffee here again. Make sure the coffee is hot and not lukewarm, please, thank you.

This location doesn’t know how to make their own brand drinks. Cookie butter cold brew with almond milk with an almond crossiant. I’ve ordered this before and at this location, just wow I’ve never had one this bad! The crossiant is cold and stale and the drink itself is disgusting, it’s tastes like water with left over coffee ground. Drinks are quickly done wrong. I’ve never had a Dunkin order this bad! And it’s only 8:30am.

Placed in order in person paid cash. My order never came out. They stated someone took it. I told them to refund me. They said 2 more minutes. I kept telling them to refund me but they kept saying 2 minutes. I just walked out. I was there during work. Used 16 minutes of my lunch break for nothing.
