I must confess that I am feeling rather weary. I simply inquired if the item was indeed my order, and I was met with a rather unpleasant attitude from the employee. While I certainly understand the pressures of working in such an environment, I do believe it is important to refrain from displaying signs of frustration towards customers.

I like this place, in fact, I started to frequent it...the service was very good from several people, except for a young, handsome man, who we were there today and I'm not very good with English, which a very kind lady helped me...but the young man had a rude, racist appearance, he gave me things in a bad way and with gestures...I'm just a customer and I'm only going to buy, I think that both I and other people deserve better attention from him and I respect..

Dunkin is a complicated beast where there should be simplicity.From store to store, the variance of quality in both ingredients and service varies considerably. The one near me, for example, had my lasting loyalty for a time, the best oatmilk lattes and freshest donuts. The guy who made them late night was quiet and a little grumpy, but who cares about that when you get incredible food at decent prices, and quickly?Since he left, the quality of the coffee has decreased to such...
