Dunkin'

This place give me problems today first time my whole life this casher told me that she can’t make the latte I want cause it’s not how supposed to be made how I want. I’ve been ordering my ice latte for many years the way I want and she told me I can’t make it for you cause it not supposed to be made like that maybe ice coffee. So I walk away and go other place. This is crazy I never ever have this problem.

Been coming here for years, but on Friday late afternoon shift seem bothered & when they don’t get the order right, instead of fixing the situation excuses & blame to the customer! The girl with the brown curly hair, back talk & had an attitude with me! She didn’t even make the order but wanted to put her 2 lousey cents on how it was my fault! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy & high. Sad that it’s a constant problem. I prefer going in the mornings! They have a better team.

I have order a few times my ice coffee espresso with doble shot. And they bring me a regular ice coffee. They stoled my extra money!! 🤬🤬🤬

They put whipped cream in my drink when I know exactly what cold foam tastes and looks like in my regular everyday drink.the girl in the window had an attitude as well….

I went in there at 9pm, they were already turning people away. When I mentioned that the Google maps said 10pm, the lady working there said they didn't take into account closing procedures. I used to work at dunkin' Donuts, and we never turned away customers , no matter the time. I guess they don't care anymore. I was also chatting with another customer there who shared the same concerns.

Very nice Dunkin’ Donuts located right on Mannheim Road. The only very big negative is the drive-through is very difficult to get into as it is a very sharp turn to go through. If you have a large car, it is very difficult to go through. Otherwise, the food and service was very nice. I have to ask for napkins but once I asked, they gave me some. I do recommend but be careful in the drive-through lane.

The coffee was okay tasting, but I would never come here again, not only is the parking lot a tight squeeze to get into, the workers think really highly of themselves, as a avid Dunkin customer in the city my total is usually $5 and some change, I hand the worker my usual six dollars and instead of saying hey you have me a extra dollar he automatically put it in his tip jar, I understand maybe the 53¢ but my whole dollar and the change I was owed?! Go ahead and keep the $1.53 since you need it so bad I guess, besides the fact the worker also had a attitude when I wanted to scan my app, what makes him think he’s owed the tip?
