Been here for years, really love this place. The employees are really friendly and get my order right. They make my drinks really good and same for the refreshed.

This place sucks…. You ask for something you don’t even get only for them to tell you “it’s correct” uhh no it ain’t. I know how my orders is supposed to look like.😑😑

EVERY single time I order this it’s incorrect. First photo is from here. Oreo cappuccino blast & no Oreo other than the top. Second photo is in Cicero where it’s ALWAYS correct. Bellwood does a better job too.

I ordered a regular hot latte but was given a vanilla hot latte instead. The flavor was noticeably different from what I wanted, which was a bit disappointing.

This place give me problems today first time my whole life this casher told me that she can’t make the latte I want cause it’s not how supposed to be made how I want. I’ve been ordering my ice latte for many years the way I want and she told me I can’t make it for you cause it not supposed to be made like that maybe ice coffee. So I walk away and go other place. This is crazy I never ever have this problem.

Been coming here for years, but on Friday late afternoon shift seem bothered & when they don’t get the order right, instead of fixing the situation excuses & blame to the customer! The girl with the brown curly hair, back talk & had an attitude with me! She didn’t even make the order but wanted to put her 2 lousey cents on how it was my fault! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy & high. Sad that it’s a constant problem. I prefer going in the mornings! They have a better team.

I have order a few times my ice coffee espresso with doble shot. And they bring me a regular ice coffee. They stoled my extra money!! 🤬🤬🤬

They put whipped cream in my drink when I know exactly what cold foam tastes and looks like in my regular everyday drink.the girl in the window had an attitude as well….

I went in there at 9pm, they were already turning people away. When I mentioned that the Google maps said 10pm, the lady working there said they didn't take into account closing procedures. I used to work at dunkin' Donuts, and we never turned away customers , no matter the time. I guess they don't care anymore. I was also chatting with another customer there who shared the same concerns.

Very nice Dunkin’ Donuts located right on Mannheim Road. The only very big negative is the drive-through is very difficult to get into as it is a very sharp turn to go through. If you have a large car, it is very difficult to go through. Otherwise, the food and service was very nice. I have to ask for napkins but once I asked, they gave me some. I do recommend but be careful in the drive-through lane.
