Been coming here for years, but on Friday late afternoon shift seem bothered & when they don’t get the order right, instead of fixing the situation excuses & blame to the customer! The girl with the brown curly hair, back talk & had an attitude with me! She didn’t even make the order but wanted to put her 2 lousey cents on how it was my fault! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy...

Very nice Dunkin’ Donuts located right on Mannheim Road. The only very big negative is the drive-through is very difficult to get into as it is a very sharp turn to go through. If you have a large car, it is very difficult to go through. Otherwise, the food and service was very nice. I have to ask for napkins but once I asked, they gave me some. I do recommend but be careful in the drive-through lane.

My hubby normally goes to this place to buy my iced lattes and they never disappoint . Saturday night I was working and stopped by, but lattes weren’t available since the machine was being cleaned . The girl suggested iced coffee but I decided to go with the cookie butter cold brew . The drink was amazing ! ? the next day I went to a different DD to order the same drink , it didn’t taste the same ? whatever you’re doing to make the drinks taste great keep up the good work...
