Had a order pick up at 4:00 get here on timee, they charged me but now they're saying they cant find my order? They're looking they still cant find it so they say they will remake it. Ok Iguess but wheres my discout or something for the inconvenience. Now im running late. It's now 5:20 and still no order. Unacceptable! Do not take more orders than you can handle. It looks wrong on yall as a businness and an inconvenience for us the customers!

Ordering Chicken here can be a game of roulette. Sometimes it’s really good, other times it’s the most undercooked trash ever, pink on the inside. And every time we order I always ask for the chicken cooked throughly but sometimes I’ve gotten attitude from the workers.

Friendly restaurant, food is great! If you're too tired to make dinner, this is a great option, way healthier than your typical fast food. You can also order a whole roasted chicken or parrillada mix to go and eat at home at a very reasonable price I just wish they had a delivery option

I went to eat here after my son and daughter graduation. Let me start off saying the food is below average. We kept sending back the plates and the cook kept on giving us dirty looks! The waitress was actually very nice when we complained about the meat being very hard when we asked medium rare. The waitress apologized and offered to remake the steak however, my mother felt very bad we kept on sending back the plates so she waitress offered a discount. When I went to pay, I asked the cashier if she discounted she no my mom should have brought they plate back and she ate most of the steak. I explained my mother took a bite then complained so the waitress agreed to give discount. The cashier said we cannot give you a discount so I asked for a manger which she said theirs none. I then I asked for her name and questioned for what then I explained how the waitress agreed on the discount. A off duty cop came to counter and said we were very rude and we have to leave. So me being a professional I apologize and was leaving . Off duty cop said he comes here all the time.Police from Melrose park show up and asked us what was the problem. They seen nothing wrong and let me, my wife, four children and both of my parents go. Thank you cashier, cook and off duty cop for ruining my kids graduation lunch.
