I flew in from Los Angeles for a music festival, and the food there was both overpriced and disappointing—especially the so-called “Mexican food,” which was nothing like the real thing. I found this place by chance because I was starving and it’s close to my hotel. Wow, I’m so glad I did! Even though I arrived right at closing time, I was warmly welcomed, seated, and ordered the bistec a la mexicana. It was absolutely delicious. My only regrets are that I didn’t find this spot sooner and that I didn’t take a picture of my food before devouring it! If I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely be returning!

AVOID... Gone down hill.I usually order as a guide of how places make their food. 6 steak tacos, meat and cheese only. What I got was dry meat probably left on the grill way too long, no taste, hardly any cheese. 30 dollars for bland, dry, crunchy meat covered in a smattering of cheese. This place used to be great before the pandemic, now it's just bland food,
