I’m really upset because I used to love this place. I frequently — and I mean frequently — order the 3 x 3 x 3 breakfast with French toast. I always ask for my eggs over medium, and they’ve always been cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of liquid yolk.
In the past, I’ve tried ordering them over easy and over hard, but neither came out the way I like, so I’ve stuck with over medium.
Yesterday, I placed my usual order, but the eggs came out completely over hard — no liquid yolk at all. I figured it was a one-off mistake. I ordered again this morning and even called right after placing the order to mention that I’m a regular customer and that yesterday’s order wasn’t made how it usually is. I asked if they could please make sure there’s some liquid yolk, since that’s my favorite part. The person on the phone confirmed.
Unfortunately, when we got the food home, the eggs were once again over hard — no liquid yolk at all. I called back to let her know, and she immediately got defensive, saying she watched them being made and that they were over medium. I explained that I literally had the eggs in front of me, and they were completely solid. She told me I should order them over easy next time — but I’ve tried that, and they come out too “mucousy.”
We went back and forth, and I was honestly stunned by how argumentative she was. She finally said she could have them remade, but I told her I was hesitant — I never want to give anyone a hard time, especially people preparing my food. I just wanted to give feedback as a loyal customer who orders all the time.
Then she hung up on me. When I called back, she said, “Oh, I thought you were done.” I told her how much money I’ve spent there over the years and how disappointing this experience was.
This is now two orders in a row — out of hundreds — that have been wrong, and instead of being understanding, she was clearly upset with me. Sadly, I don’t feel comfortable ordering from there anymore.

I grew up in Harlo’s my dad and uncles worked across the street at The Ford plant I worked there until we moved plants you want to get a smile and treated like royalty walk up to the counter and order a number 2 with on the side and see the grins, I miss Being there brings back fantastic memories

The burgers are amazing. I love that they let you add as many patties as you like! I’ve had one with six but go with 4 or less for best results. The stuffed patties are great but I’m a fan of their originals.

Also I Ask For Wheat Bread They Gave Me White Bread . Also Ask For Denver Omelette Not Ham Omelette. The Hash Browns Taste Little Nasty Hard , Also That Omelette Was Extremely Light And Not Fluffy Just Werid, Never Will Order From Again !! WORST OMELETTE I'VE EVER ATE IN MY LIFE !!!

Was in the eatablishment on 2-28-24. Ordered a BLT and fries. After watching from counter the cooks move other tickets ahead of my order for 55 minutes o requested my money back. Then I called to talk to manager and he talked down and made excuses. So will never go there again if life depended on it. Customer service and manager sucks big ball.

I honestly found this spot by accident and gave it a shot. It's pretty good. The prices weren't crazy and the food was plentiful and good. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area. I enjoy the service and the decor. It's cash only so bring cash, they do have an ATM on site if needed.
