What a horrible place. I was craving pizza and we were in the area, so decided to eat here. While the staff were very nice, the food most definitely wasn’t. The pizza slices were small and not tasty. After 2-3 bites, I determined that Chuck E Cheese has better pizza. The mozzarella sticks were okay. My partner had wings and said they were decent but not great. We got cupcakes for dessert. Stay away from the Gooey Butter. While it does have gooey butter and frosting, it was lacking actual cake as well as a good flavor. My partner got the red velvet cupcake, which was so dry that it crumbled apart like some type of inedible powder. Overall, we were disappointed with how much $$ we spent on a less than mediocre meal and we will never be back. ✌?

I haven't been to a Home Run In Resturant since the early 80s. The one I vistedvwas on 31st street. The pizza toppings were sufficient but the sauce tasted like it was from a can. This is not the original recipe. The frozen pizza is way much better. Save your money, there are so many other pizza joints in Chicago. I should have followed my instincts and gone to Pete's. FYI, no waite staff.

Avoid this place the service (management)and the value for what u pay is terrible second time ordering here and will be my last time! first time I order they barley put any green pepper on my pizza I counted 12 diced pieces I called them to tell them what happened the manager on duty said we can credit u or make another pizza I said credit me since I didn’t wanna drive back she asked my order number and had me verify my phone number I said u sure there will be a credit she said yes! That was a lie I order today and the there was no credit saved witch I wasn’t happy about ? I said there should be one and I got it not in here I said I was here the 13 of July didn’t seem to care she said I work Saturday who did u talk to I said a lady manager but had a taste for it so I ordered the same order sausage green pepper and onion and I said make sure u actually put green pepper on the pizza last time I didn’t get any what so ever and guess what same thing again and I’m not the only person that this has happened to this place is terrible and overpriced won’t be back here again and will tell everyone I know not to go here

As a former restaurant manager I am so disappointed in the quality service!
They had already close down the whole restaurant at 8:30
UNACCEPTABLE!
you make sure you have more than enough food to service until the end of the night and weigh out your waste! The whole restaurant was cleaned spotless with no food
Which lets me know the staff priority was to leave home immediately over prioritizing customer
What concerns me more was there was no proper manager on staff!
What restaurants is proud to decline paying customers because they’re prioritizing leaving 30 mins before time!
I want this fully investigated and will continue to check the status of their closing routine

I got a couple slices of pre-made sausage pizza which was surprisingly good. The place has gone full fast-food service (order and pickup at counter, price through etc.) Although you can still order a full pizza too. The dining area is kinda dark and utilitarian (my local MckyD has way more inviting seating). They do have full liquor bar at one end of the counter AND a slot machine area. Not your Daddy's take-the-kids-out-after-the-game place it used to be.

I ordered 1 appetizer and 2 pizzas. We got the appetizer, ate, and sat there several minutes later. An employee came over to see what we were waiting on. So they forgot to make out pizzas. We waited another while and got 1 pizza. At that point, we had been in there for over an hour. And the pizza is not good. It's very thin, with no sauce. I do not recommend anything here.
