The GM Jason really needs to be retrain on how to deal with people he have a really bad attitude when asking him a question and I would never return back to this location again
My first time going to a hooters lol .. I loved the funnel fries đ 10/10 wings salad were average , our server was awesome !!

I ordered 10 wings only received 8. I checked my receipt and i was charged for 10 wings . Asked the manager Jason and he said I should have said something sooner. And unfortunately he couldnât help me. I was charged for 10 wings and only received 8. Jason dismissed me and was so rude about the whole process. I am Reaching out to corporate.

I feel like it was very unprofessional we got there around 6 oâclock & ordered our food.. it took 2 hours for us to receive everything. Then at that I asked for all buffalo boneless wings but some of my wingâs tasted like they had barbecue mixed in them. I then proceeded to ask for a cup of barbecue sauce for my fries(which I never received). And what really got me is the waiter had the nerve to add the barbecue sauce to the tab WHEN I NEVER RECEIVED IT.

I agree with other recent reviews. The customer service is poor - specifically for carryout. A customer shouldn't have to watch their order sit, ask for it then keep asking for items that should be included. Appearance is only one part of the job. Train these ladies on customer service which includes greeting, checking in with customers waiting etc. Their overall demeanor isnt the best either. The receipt on bag is gross! She cleaned her hands, but thought it was okay to staple on bag.
I will continue to make the trip to Downers Grove instead.
Didnât even get to get my food i pre ordered my food when i got there it was sitting on the counter ready but i couldnât get it because i had to wait on someone named dejah that never came waited for about ten minutes and just left because apparently only she has the power to ring up my order at that point my food was getting cold it wasnât even in a bag it was just on the counter
