Food tasted great. However our server really lacked checking on our table at all. She seemed to tend the bar much more and forgot about our table. She even went out of her way to find something to watch on the tv and had yet to still check in on our table. We had to go up to her at the bar to ask for more refills after waiting about half hour. Another Hooters employee that looked like the manager brought us over a to-go box and our check after noticing we needed service.

Walked in and was seated and was told our server would be right with us. 10 minutes went by and when I inquired one of the other workers informed me that our server was sitting behind us and had been since we sat down. It was obvious that my husband and I were not the customers she wanted to serve. We just got up and left after she still never came to take our order.

I do not recommend this location! I come here often during my lunch and the chicken is always undercooked. I have even started stressing well done and it still comes out barely cooked. The excuse I receive is that they are busy at this time. So I should eat undercooked chicken? I literally just walked out after they just did it today. Trash 🗑️

The manager on duty had a bad attitude and so did our waitress I'll never ever come back here my food was cold, when we sat down the waitress took our order but never brought us water it was a complete waste of time and money going to this location I'll stick to downtown

Walked in to place a take out order. Service was quick. Yes only down fall is that, we ordered multiple flavors and the boxes were not labeled to decipher which wings were what flavor.
