This place sucks the people at the front desk on Christmas day at 7pm treated us like we were a burden and didnt seat us, just threw the menus down and told us to sit there. We left and no one should go to this location ever. And was like there was automatic gratitude added and it sounded like she said 50%, then when we re asked she said 15% like that was a bad, but we got up and left. Go to other ones and give them your business

My kids love this place and so do me and my husband. Food is great and comes out quick. The service is friendly and attentive. We will be back.

Bad experience, I had at this ihop, my family and I came here for breakfast. They just sat us down and that was it. We had wait over forty minutes for anyone to attend us. Even though we waiting for a couple minutes more, no one did not come up and ask if anyone took our order. They just sat us down and that was it. So we just got up and left would never come to this place again

Food is ok but the prices are insanely high. 4 pieces of French toast and 4 eggs and 4 pieces of bacon almost 45$. Highway robbery in my opinion I wouldn’t come here the food is average.

My husband and I came to get our regular breakfast date here and were greeted by a lovely lady Zoralle. She was very kind and helped us so much with whatever we needed. She came to us with a smile and a positive attitude and honestly the atmosphere made my day better. Thank you to the team and Zoralle. And whoever was back there making my food oooooooo it was bussin. I was basically licking it off my fingers. Can’t wait to be back :)

Unfortunately, I have been consistently disappointed with my ordering experience at this location. Every time, I have encountered issues with my order, ranging from missing items to food being improperly cooked. My latest order, a Philly cheesesteak, was particularly problematic, with the steak being overcooked and burnt, making it inedible. Moreover, the bread was broken, and my request for honey mustard sauce with my chicken tenders was not fulfilled, despite assurances from the representative I spoke with. This experience underscores the need for improvement in customer service and overall value.
