I ordered a sandwich for delivery for my daughter while I was at work. Hours pass and she had not received the sandwich. Found it delivered IN THE ALLEY BY THE GARAGE. Absolutely terrible service, driver should be FIRED!!!! Never have we had a delivery order dropped off in the alley, who does that???

Walking behind 2 customers , we all go inside and only to to have a short chubby girl tell us all we are closed . It's 750pm surly 2 customers can get service. Nope ! Never saw such a big smile from a worker to reject service. Horrible customer service..take my money some where else !!

Was just there and order a #13, the girl that was there working the Night Shift didn’t add the avocado which I was charged $1.10 and also git charged for a whole pickle $1.69 and was not in my order!! Horrible costumer service since we walked in!

So my daughter & I went 2 the Melrose Park, Il. location. It rained all day & when the server gave her our food, she had 2 ask 4 a bag, then he rolled his eyes @ her, because her hands were full, that he finally opened the bag 4 her, with an attitude 2 boot. REALLY??!! No1 told u 2 work there & if you're gonna act like that, have an attitude & roll your eyes.....WOW!!!! I really hope whoever's in charge, has a talk with employees about "How u don't act towards our customers "!!!!
