Place a to go order and was charged for placing an order. A to go fee of .75 and a convenience Fee of .46. Had I known I was being charged all these fees to place a To go order I wouldn't have never order here nor would I have tipped $2.00. But It won't happen again. I feel with everything in me it's because I'm black and maybe they feel I should have to pay them extra... I don't know I don't understand but I won't be going back. Good way to lose money and customers.

When the cook drops the utensils on the floor? to make our food , that's when I stop going. Rinse the utensils before, & from the floor to the skillet. Wake up. They are dirty.. & noticed that the floor hasn't been taking care of, meaning- disinfected?... no starz

I typically enjoy a satisfactory meal at this establishment. However, this past Sunday, my family and I experienced considerable disappointment. I ordered a steak and eggs breakfast, requesting the steak to be cooked medium; unfortunately, it was prepared well done, resulting in a tough and overcooked texture that lacked the seasoning I have come to expect from this restaurant. I observed that there were new cooks at the grill. Given my previous positive experiences, I will afford them another opportunity to meet my expectations. However, should I encounter a similar experience again, I may consider dining elsewhere.
