Very unhappy with Alex. He can’t accept that one if his products might have a problem. I ordered the lemon biscotti. There was something definitely wrong with them.I asked him to replace with almond or refund, as obviously I couldn’t eat them. He was upset with me and immediately refunded.He previously said if he shipped the almond, and didn’t like them, THAT was my refund. That is not, per his website, satisfaction guaranteed.I had to trash the lemon. The butter pecan are very good, but not for early am coffee. They are very sweet.I ordered four pounds from my regular NY bakery.
