The facilities are very nice and clean. Some of the staff are kind and answer any questions you may have. I love all the promotions they offer and would recommend Lacey's to anyone looking to have a fun time!

The management is horrible and stole $15 from me. I received a text saying I had money to redeem up there. I went and the young lady had me redeem it on the computer there. She then called management who preceded to tell me that they do not have cash there and I should have asked her if she had cash before I redeemed my points and told me to take it up with the bamboo company. They sick and I will never go there again!

Not a good place to gamble empmoyees there do play those machines while working hours when someone feed a machine good and walks away..... thats why i never come back here i never seen a place like this were Managers and workers play slots machines during working hours.
