I just called McDonald's in Melrose Park 18 times to let them know they forgot to include a breakfast sandwich in my order. I paid for my meal and expect to receive what I paid for. I wouldn't be this upset if someone had answered the phone! I can't just leave work again since I used my lunch break to pick up the order. This is ridiculous!
Waited 13 minutes for a small coffee and cheeseburger. There wasn’t anybody else in line inside other than me. May have been manager that took my order as she was wearing a red sweater unlike the others wearing uniform. This woman was not friendly in the least bit. Didn’t realize the dining room was not open to eat in. Entering the dining I saw a young boy lying down in one booth playing a game.
