Pardon My Cheesesteak

To the one stupid person who left a 1 star review expressing their own stupidity and inability to do their own research. This is a “ghost” restaurant. This means they don’t have their own restaurant instead they partnered with IHOP to make their orders. It’s like 2 restaurants in one. IHOP cooks make their cheesesteaks. It’s all clean and professional. This allows small businesses to test a concept or start a restaurant on a small scale via door dash or Uber eats. You can also pickup the food at IHOP as they make it there.

Due to the lack of information and human contact via phone, I am not comfortable trying this business out! I don't know where this food is cooked and then it's being delivered no matter if I choose pick up because it's not being cooked at the place of pick up, and no method to contact customer service for potential dissatisfaction of either food or service.

To the business owners, I hope you take these thoughts as suggestions because the website promotes well but this lack of presence, not so good. Stay blessed ?
