The food was good but everytime i order grilled chicken they are always ran out and have the customer wait more than half an hour even if its only past 6pm. The manager that is sometimes on the drive thru cashier is not so dedicated to help, seems like shes dis appointed whenever customer order grilled chicken, is it so hard to prepare or what?

They said it would be 20 minutes before the chicken is ready. I thought it was a long time, but I was going to do it because I didn’t have a back up dinner option . 30 minutes later. I’m still waiting for the chicken. I just wonder how the drive-through people got theirs. This isn’t the first time for the long way here. No inventory management skills seem to be in place. Well my order is fresh.

The restaurant serves only chicken with different sides. The chicken has a unique tasty, juicy taste. You can either have fried or rotisserie. I always take the plantains side with beans that taste like chilly. Only nice people should check it out to keep the place pleasing.
Very friendly service, but this is my 2nd last visit, in the evening hours & they're out of some food I wanted to order 😑

I've tried to eat in the Melrose location, ordered a 4 piece and they only had 2 pieces ready according to the cashier. Their business is chicken and they didn't have enough chicken for a 4 pieces both times. I walked out and went to IHOP across the street instead
