Don’t be fooled by the good reviews with tons of pictures, they’re fake. Polo Campero is paying their staff and a review agency to leave 5 star reviews. This place is 1 star and it will close down eventually.
This place is awful. Literally DEI hire central. The food is gross, the chicken is under seasoned and slimy, it’s very expensive, the fries chicken is so intensely salty it’s uneditable. The service sucks and most of the staff don’t speak English. Orders are almost always wrong and the consistency of the packaging and portions is wack.
I gave it 3 tries and it was the same result each visit. Long wait times, wrong order, more of the same nonsense not speaking a lick of English, the staff being rude and totally out of it mentally. They don’t care here. You can tell every single employee is not in tune to what they’re doing whatever and are in la la land. I genuinely hope they close down and we get something better here. It could’ve been anything… a Cava, Dairy Queen, Qdoba list goes on.

The chicken is delicious, the bad thing is that in this establishment, although they have different sizes of drinks on the menu, they don't sell you any other size than the extra large and they charge you that way saying that there are no glasses of another size, I regret the service of the cashiers.

I placed my order at the window and it was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. They charged me for a product they didn't even have and I was waiting while I saw those who arrived after me leave until I asked what happened to my order and it turns out they didn't have what I ordered and they charged me for it.

Never coming back here, chicken is greasy only reason I got it was because it’s free. Employees never know what they are doing, waited over 8 minutes in the drive thru speaker today just for the employee to have an attitude, and talk back. On top of all that the manager himself doesn’t know what he’s doing, he knows other employees of his aren’t following the policy and yet since I’ve been coming in May it’s now my fault I don’t know the policy? He doesn’t know what he’s doing either, this place needs to get there shit together because the other location on Pulaski is amazing compared to this garbage dump with horrible employees.
