This is the only location in the ENTIRE COUNTRY, in the 15+ years I have been going to Canes, that has ever screwed up my order... and they've done it multiple times... For how simple their menu is, that's an impressive feat. They stand alone in the shame of not being able to get a very simple order from a very small menu accurate.

This chain is actually garbage! The definition of what Americans want, a foam container filled with fries that taste and look like Walmart's Great Value brand and a couple small underwhelming chicken fingers. It's LOADED with carbs and grease too.

I'm not even that health cautious either but people for the love of god this is a box of carbs. This amount of carbs, sodium and fats has no business being in your body. Unless you want to wake up the next morning with a fat face and stomach looking bloated as a balloon be my guest. This is how you develop heart disease, fatty liver disease and have strokes.

If you don't like coleslaw you're SOL because there's no substitutes. I'm actually cringing at the all the good reviews asking myself if people know what good food is and if they're fake? Let’s not forget, this place isn’t cheap either!

I really think there's something phycological about the name of the chain that brings in customers. Perhaps it sounds healthy or makes you feel less guilty about eating it because you see pictures of cute dogs as part of the theme. How could something so fun and innocent be bad for me right?

Only in America will you find people paying $20 for a foam box filled with cheap fries, bread, and fried chicken. No wonder everyone is poor. Because they blow money on garbage like this.

God I hope this place closes down so they can build something better here like a Shake Shack, Qdoba, CAVA, Cuban, Ramen Bar, Korean BBQ and add another floor with large windows that overlook north ave. This could’ve been something special but it's just more fast food box slop.

This was one of the coolest Canes I’ve ever been to. I don’t normally go inside, so maybe they all look like this. But either way, it was pretty cool!
The food wasn’t bad and the manager was very very helpful. Definitely will return next time I’m in the area.

They forgot my honey mustards (that I paid extra for) and my 2 drinks. I drove back around, still managed to leave without any drinks. Do better! Just cuz you try to throw out a catching saying when taking my order, doesnt equate to great service. Bad enough the meals are expensive as it is 👎🏽 trash.

Everytime I order a lemonade I get 99 percent of ice and 1 percent of lemonade it’s ridiculous I want to get what I’m paying for. They just lazy to wash the machines. Smh

i went on 03-16 drive through. i ordered a box combo with extra toast. One my toast wasn’t cooked on the other side. i also asked for extra toast instead of coleslaw and they got it wrong. they didn’t give me a receipt told me it was gonna be in the bag when it wasn’t this is not right.

I want you to drive through when I got there there was a line around the corner and I thought that I was going to be there an hour but these people work so quick that I got it in 10 minutes they are wonderful I give them 10 Stars

Currently doing this review while inside, I couldn’t wait to get home to give them a review because they were just absolutely perfect. There customer service is top tier and don’t get me started on how fast they get people in and out from drive and inside to having there food ready to dine-in in under 5mins. They never fail to meet my expectations and everyone there literally looks like they just love working here. Definitely one of my favorite places to come, not even for the food but because of the service and attitude they have every time I come in. MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. I don’t know how other canes do it but this one won’t disappoint trust. 😍❤️❤️
