I personally recommend this restaurant, it's a small place but It has the "BEST" birria !!! Birria lovers "must" try this place..... last , they give you the best service !!!
Birria has been my childhood favorite. from my family having it religiously every other weekend to discovering it on a roadside stall in Mexico when I was young. Either way I’ve been chasing the high of having incredible birria for a while. El chivo tapatio without a doubt has shattered what is possible outside of the city and outside Mexico. The deep and rich consome bring me back to my childhood paired with the sumptuous and tender goat meat makes my mouth water just writing...
We usually drive to southside for this type of quality! So happy to have discovered this place. The consomé is so lean and flavorful not fatty. The meat is tender. The tacos de lengua are also 10/10. My son gets the quesabirrias de res BUT with goat consomé and he LOVES it. So good! Happy to have found a local place that’s actually worth it. Love that they great every single person that walks in.
