My husband was doing construction in front of this cafe. He went in to grab a bite to eat and was told there was no food and to “focus on fixing the street” and not to come in because his “boots were dirty”. Rude and racist.

I just witnessed the worker put an out of order on the machine that she was playing. After her shift was over she put out of order back up and then told the lady that replaced her which game she was playing. I asked playing stupid and the worker said they were waiting for a tech. Very shady never coming back.

Went in last night with coupons for match play and employee advised she had no cash on hand and said just use it some other time. Couldn’t purchase a drink as well because no cash to provide change and she said the manager didn’t leave the money

Their employees are allowed to play the machines and as such they sit and watch how much you’ve lost so they can jumpon it when you’re done. Plan on donating because you won’t have an opportunity to go back and win your money back since their employees have already done that. Whether they are playing during or after hours is irrelevant. The many many other places we play at do not allow employees to play at their place of employment..FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. They are allowed to play at other locations owned by the same company but NOT the one they work at. Many people I’ve talked to said it’s the very reason they don’t play at Sofia’s.

racist old lady working here. do not waste your time going here. your response makes absolutely no sense since my son is 2 and would not be anywhere near this place. SMH try training your employees to have some respect towards customers and not bring up ethnicities because that's when it becomes racist.
