Worst service ever! Girl with the mouth piercings had the worst attitude ever, got the wrong order and kept giving me attitude about my order!

I can't explain just how ridiculous this place and it's ridiculous policies are. I am NOT going back this place ever again. I went to this place to order drinks and right off the lady with the purple hair, fake big eye lashes and so much make up gave me an attitude for ordering more than one drink. I wanted a puppy cup and this lady started interrogating me. Clearly she is miserable here. I hear the circus is hiring miserable lady.

I was picking up an Uber oder, and I asked if I could use the restroom and was denied this simple human necessary. Starbucks Policy i was told by an employee. She said restrooms were only for customers 😐 even tho I purchased stuff from this store before and was there as an Uber driver picking up for a customer. Sadly, no more Starbucks for me ever 🙂 u can keep your stupid policies, Starbucks

The shift and the baristas working on the 12th of November were so nice to remake my drinks. The ones from north & 7th make my drinks taste like literal water. From one barista to another, love yall <3

I enjoy starbbies just don't know how to order it... so I usually get the same ole thing... Ashley went outta her way to suggest and explain and her demeanor was inviting. Thank you Ashley for starting my Tuesday off right.

Just had an amazing experience today, thanks to Daniel! He made it exciting with his jolly vibes even went as far as offering us samples which were tasty ! Will definitely be coming back again thanks to him !

Just wow, Daniel was so upbeat & bubbly. very patient while I was trying to figure out what i wanted as I don’t come here often enough to know much about what’s new. He gave me a pup-cup for my four-legged friend in the passenger seat. Overall super great ?☕️

On Father's Day, my family of three visited this establishment for some drinks. We ordered three beverages and requested an extra cup to split one of the drinks for our daughter to prevent any spills. Unfortunately, the barista with blue hair displayed a noticeable attitude towards our request. We prefer to avoid confrontation, so we end up leaving.
In our experiences with Starbucks locations across various establishments, we have always encountered friendly and skilled baristas who take pride in their craft. It is very important for individuals who choose to pursue a career as a barista possess the necessary people skills and passion for the job.
We urge the barista with blue hair to reflect on this incident and consider adjusting her attitude to positively impact customers' coffee experiences. We believe that with a more positive mindset and pride in her work, she can truly excel in her role as a barista.

In the drive thru order a strawberry refresher with water and 5 pumps of classic sugar. Got to the window to pay, I was given a drink with no strawberries. I literally pulled from the window and backed up and asked for the strawberries. Offered to put strawberries in it I asked for a remake and someone told me that they can not take it back. Another young lady ask for it back and to order still wasn't right. $7.00 is a lot for your drink not to be right!
