Stopped to have coffee with a life long friend, nice place, but do not sit next to the speaker, we couldn't hear each other talk. We moved to another table, but still kinda loud.

The coffee at this Starbucks was really good, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff were unprofessional and told me I needed to wear headphones even though my volume was already low. It made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. Great drinks, but the way customers are approached definitely needs improvement.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After everyone that used to work there for a while quit nothing has tasted the same. At that point just go to Dunkin. You’re wasting 10 dollars for a coffee that’s not well made. My coffees either taste bitter or like water, which is impossible due to all the add ons. Workers are somewhat welcoming but they definitely don’t know how to do a coffee. Refreshers and other things are ok. But DO NOT get a coffee. Coming from someone that drinks coffee everyday.

Ive gone here for a month or so, sometimes I get the same lady at the drive thru and each time she messes up my order. I do not know her name but she is hispanic with glasses. Its upsetting because no one else messes up the order, its a simple drink with foam, but somehow she always does. I mentioned it once and got attitude. Please take her off drive thru, I will get her name if i go again.

Morning lady had a very snotty attitude 5 am in the morning told me they don't have change for a 50 As high as your drinks are you should have change went to Starbucks on Mannhiem same breakfast sandwich and Venti White chocolate mocha was 11 bucks glad you didn't have change cause your ripping ppl off anyway will not return to this location again

I don’t do reviews often, but this time i feel like i have to because what i experienced made me feel so uncomfortable. I ordered a trenta strawberry acai, and they gave me a grande. At first i wasn’t upset! I work in a fast food environment, and thought maybe she just misunderstood me. So i offered to give the drink back, and just pay the difference. The girl who charged me immediately walked away as soon as she charged me, and wasn’t coming back to the window even as i flagged her down. There then was a man who opened the window and asked what was wrong, and like i said before, i just wanted to exchange the drink and pay the difference. He told me to just keep the drink and that hell make a correct one, and as much as that was nice, he proceeded to roll his eyes before he closed the window. Then he came back a few moments later with the size i wanted but filled with ice. I just apologized and left afterwards because i felt like a hassle, it was a complete uncomfortable experience and i would really appreciate if this location worked on their customer service.
