I recently visited Starbucks and ordered a drinks along with two cake pops for my kids. While I received my coffee right away, the cake pops were never packed. The barista told me to “hold on,”several times but after waiting and waiting , I needing to leave with my child, I ended up walking out without the cake pops I paid for.
It was frustrating to have to choose between staying longer with an impatient child or leaving without part of my order. I hope the store can improve communication and make sure all items are prepared promptly, especially for customers with kids or who are on the go. I usually don't complain but this specific Starbucks has had be waiting multiple times.

Stopped in on my way home for another hot chocolate like I said I'm not a coffee drinker this Starbucks is very clean very well ran great service and very friendly workers it's the only 1 I go to for my hot chocolate and the young lady who I believe is the manager is always friendly and professional

This starbucks is always attentive, always smiling, so polite. Greeted when we walked in and said thank you have a good day. Wow. The drinks are always on point. The taste is great. It tastes exactly what we ordered. The added extra foam just like I requested. Thank you for following our request. I've been to other starbucks.They're not as good as this one in the Winston Plaza. Thanks too Siera, Juan, Leah, Gwen, Lesita, and Skylar. Sooo friendly. I stopped Siera and she gave everyones name and spelled it for me. Sorry if you was on break. She said, its ok.

I don’t visit this location often but it is usually pretty good but today during my lunch break I simply wanted a drink and I asked for light ice since it is pretty chilly out but I still want to enjoy a cold drink. They give me my drink after a long wait and as I drive away I see that more than half of my cup is ice. Very disappointing. This happened on 10/21/25 at 5:40 p.m it’s was a girl who made it. Starbucks please tell your workers to follow simple requests.

Atmosphere and food are good. However, the staff does not make my drink the way I would like. It has happened multiple times and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but it’s beginning to get frustrating. Specially since I am paying for all the add-ons. I asked a barista if my drink had an ingredient I did not want and they lied (I saw them but wasn’t sure if it was my drink they were making). I was running late and didn’t have time to ask them to remake it. This is tiring and someone should do something about it.

I'm not sure if it's because of the time of morning (4:45am) but. I've never been to starbucks where it took me over 10min to receive A warmed up piece of bread, And that wasn't the worst part.The person who prepared my warmed up piece of bread looked at me and proceeded to put my warmed up piece of bread on the counter even though she saw the drive through lady training at the other half of the store. I guess even old people can be petty.
Have only ordered through mobile here but my coffees have come out great consistently and the atmosphere is warm and inviting to do work. Workers also seem nice.

I love Starbucks, and let me say this location is one of the best! The manager, Ardelia, is very friendly and welcoming, and you can see that she leads her team by example.
