Whenever you need to get a sandwich best place is the one in Melrose open 24 hours nice people just need to make sure that the bathrooms are working specially for people who have issues like the elderly or handicapped if the restaurant is open the bathroom should be unlocked or in working order but besides that awesome place

Sandwich was pretty good, but when I asked to use the washroom to wash my hands, I was told the washroom was broken. 5 mins later the owner or friend of the owner walks in and went directly to washroom. After asking a second time to use the washroom they lied again and said it wasn't working. After I told them 2 ladies were just in there, they reluctanty let me in to wash my hands. and guess what!!!! The toilet was working just fine!! Wonder if the health dept knows you dont let customers use the washroom?!?

Put in an online order. Through a fluke issue (power outage) the system ate it. Fair enough, life happens. Reason for the bad review is because after talking with the franchise owner multiple times on the phone they couldn't cancel/refund the order and our only recourse was to put in a new order and wait for the previous one to be refunded (and if it wasn't then to drive back). Additionally, after the second order was put in (and confirmed within seconds) we were made to wait while multiple other customers came in behind us but were given priority and had their food made first. Arguably the worst service I've ever received anywhere at any restaurant.

My wife stopped there on her way home to get a tuna sub. She has the subway App and had enough points to get $3 off, they would not take the points. In the past I have gone there and they wouldn't let me use any coupons or points. Stay away from this particular Subway. If you're going to own a franchise you should honor any promotions coupons and points programs that the franchise offers.
