i ordered at 6.45 today footlong from app. i got wrong addres, so i try to reach you on number from your app to cancell order. how long you coulg ignore me and not answer on phone? im really upset with you guys, i had no other options to cancell order.

Horrible, the shorter woman that took my order was rude. Spanish woman black hair, I've been in their before and i think she has her son sitting in the dining area. I feel like its unproffessional to have her child their, when she does customer service. A few times I'v seen him cleaning and handling food which is concerning. I feel like a new manager with a better attitude and can find a babysitter would make this Subway seem more proffessional.

Short spanish woman was very rude. I asked how much a chicken terriayki sandwich was and she told me to just read the menu. Horrible customer service, the others seem fine when I go but she always has an attitude.
