I usually don’t write reviews but my experience last night with this Taco Bell ruined my appetite. I go to this same Taco Bell at night due to it being closest to my home. Usually I see the same manager who seems to be a manager who gives great service. Unfortunately, any other time I see other staff, service is minimal. Last night I ordered my usual. A crunch wrap and nacho fries. The fries ended up being undercooked cooked and the crunch wrap’s tortilla was burnt and the wrap itself had barely a pinch of beef. I stopped half way through my crunch wrap because I could no longer stomach it and stand the fact I was eating mainly lettuce tomato ranch with a burnt tortilla.

Ordered from this place for years now, they are always GUARANTEED to forget something everytime we order. it's absurd how many times it's happened, make sure you check you have everything if you've made an order any bigger than two items.

Absolute garbage quality service from this location. Yareli at the drive thru today 2/18/25 took the order very very wrong. We drove around twice because the slow and big girl taking the orders didnt hear when i spoke clearly. Had to go again because she didnt hear my husband order 3 tacos, she gave us only one. I also asked for CHEESE quesadillas as i dont eat meat and the incapable lady took that down as chicken quesadillas which i bit into. How slow are you!!?

Used to be able to eat here with cup holder change. Bean burrito and a small drink is $6?!!! That’s not inflation, that’s corporate greed. Beans cost nothing.

Melrose park location....I would give negative stars if I could..ordered a Mexican pizza a bit ago and it tasted like literal chemicals...something is definitely wrong there, I suggest corporate goes to check it out. I really think some cleaning supply or something contaminated it, it's a health risk. I would have went back but I have a baby so I'm not wasting my time. I doubt they would have made it right and I'll never go back there again.

Ignorant rude will not be going back ever. Waited for 10 Minutes with no communication. When the communication came the two ladies were very rude and disrespectful.
Ordered ahead on the app. Food was fresh and good drive through service later at night. I'll be back that's for sure.

I see several new items on the T.B. menu, including the boxed chicken special I tried. Not a fan, but it is a creamier sauce and a decent price at $11+/- for a burrito, taco, chips with queso, and a drink. The new "Avocado Verde salsa" sauce packet flavor had more of a cilantro taste than green chilies. But, some of the tried and true items are still around, and you can't beat the Mexican pizza in my book. Also new to me was the "Diablo" sauce, which is actually a HOT sauce.The place was reasonably clean and seats are comfortable. I appreciate this Bell has a padded bench for those waiting for take-out. However, my order was up before I had time to sit down.
