Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I was not greet upon arrival. I ordered through the app and still had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my items. Only to receive my bowl and discover it was missing strawberries.
Instead of telling paying customers that they were out of strawberries, they took it upon themselves just to make the items without a key ingredient. One lady (Cynthia)was complaining that the smoothie she ordered was disgusting so she paid for a second smoothie. At no point did the staff open their mouths and say because we didn’t have a key ingredient. I was only made aware of this, once I left and called back to question why strawberries were missing. That is poor customer service all the way around.

This is my fav tropical smoothie. Always greeted with a smile. Except smoothies.

Crew was very hugh energy Ramon was the best. Store was cleans and service was fast.

The Pesto flatbread I ordered was very tasty. Strawberry Banana smoothie was okay. Freshly made with no added sugar. Very banana forward and a not quite ripe banana flavor at that
Order was prepared much quicker than I expected it to be.
A little pricey, but not crazy expensive.
Very surprised at the lack of interior decor inside despite the Tropical name. Feels like a missed opportunity.
I'd give Tropical Smoothie Cafe like a 3.5, but will round up to 4 because the Pesto hit the spot with me.

It was my 1st time there and Kevin was super friendly and he had such an amazing attitude. I didn't know what to get and he suggested a Beach Bum and it was delicious. I will definitely go back again, the service was great.

Great service! Great staff! And great food!

My go to for a quick post or pre workout smoothie. I'm not sure if management is great with great hires or instilling the old school importance of treating people right but the whole team here gets it. They are always friendly and respectful. Keep at it!
