The food was cold when I went to go inside and ask for a refund the manager had a attitude and the other associate was slapping the sandwich’s together like she was irritated so I just asked for a refund the manager was very rude giving me my refund I would never go there again

This white castle got renovated earlier this year and the service is pretty great. Other places seem like they don't care for there customers but this place is the best white castle in my opinion. I love the sliders with the Dumbledore mustard!

Service is friendly enough, probably friendlier than most White Castles; but the food here is inedible unless you have a seatbelt on your toilet. Coworker brought in a Slider Sack for his last day to share with us all; and all of us were running to the bathroom within an hour. I got a little less lucky. It's 3pm the NEXT DAY now and even after basically a handful of immodium, I'm still running to the bathroom every few minutes. You do not understand; I have a strong stomach. I worked in morgue for years and have eaten some sketchy stuff, but I have never had food poisoning like this.

My boyfriend just ordered a number 1 meal and they gave him a number 4 he went in to tell them the issue and the girl behind the counter did nothing. He left the food on the counter and left. Horrible service.
