We've been here a few times for lunch and have also ordered takeout. The food is always served at the perfect temperature, with the sauces blended just right. We've never had a bad experience and will keep coming back since we work in the area—it's always a great choice. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. It's a scam that they want to give us 2 dollars for delivery... they think it doesn't cost to put gasoline in our cars. We spend money on oil, tires, insurance and other services and, miserable owners.

This place never answers the phone and when they do they never let you speak, they always place you on hold immediately. Poor customer service. Waited longer than 9 mins on hold only to keep holding, ended terminating the call. Then when you do get your food it is undercooked although you requested well done. So disappointing.

My order came and the fries were burnt to a crisp for the third time.Im not sure why someone would scrape the bottom of the oil and give me burnt fries.Very disappointed in how my money was spent.

Ok waste of money today- had my 30 pcs delivered today at 5:30pm and whomever prepared the wings did not make absolutely no effort in mixing it correctly- had the honey hot rub and the wings tasted like just plain wings! Had it at another Wingstop and it was good! The garlic Parmesan was plain dry wings drenched in just Parmesan! No garlic taste at all! Did you run out of garlic? Wasted $ on horribly prepared wings! Such a disappointment WINGSTOP!

The worst customer service ever!!! If the food wasn’t delicious at this location ( Hillside), I would say scrap it entirely. If you decide to buy, go inside. They deliver by Door dash and their Door dash drivers are horrible. They will steal your food, deliver to the wrong address, take a picture and leave it in the grass. My delivery was delivered to the wrong address, and left in the grass where it was eaten by animals. I called to see what was up with my order, instead of them trying to help me, they were so rude, and took the side of the driver, WHO NEVER FOLLOWED MY DIRECTIONS, which was to ring my bell and hand it to me. He delivered to the wrong address, dropped it in the grass and left. I called him, he cursed me out and said I missed his call. I told Door dash whaat happened, and they apologized and credited my money back. The lady at The Hillside Wingstop was rude, and instead of trying to help me, was nasty to me, and put in the system that I not able to receive any deliveries from this location. I was made aware of this when my husband placed an order from this location at a later date. The lady from UberEats said they canceled the order, and wouldn’t let her pick it up even after it said it was available to pick up. She was there for 30 minutes.
