I placed my order around 8:30pm and it’s 10:05pm my order is still not ready my pickup order time was 9:04pm. There is only 3 cooks in the back and the girl at the register taking orders manager is not here he left. This place is packed tonight there so many orders on their screen they’re all running behind. People are canceling there orders. They did not offer anything at least to make up for waiting here.

Sorry it took so long to write a review.Been going to Melrose Park Wingstop for 11 years and they always deliver. Shout out to Jenny (MP & Northlake Location), Becky, Joe, & Sabrina! They have great customer service and always greet with a smile. Also you can't beat doing the survey for free regular fries with any wing order:)

The lemon chicken is amazing, the service was fast, about 1 minute and a half, the overall atmosphere, the store was almost empty, very quiet and relaxing as you wait and as you eat your food

We've been here a few times for lunch and have also ordered takeout. The food is always served at the perfect temperature, with the sauces blended just right. We've never had a bad experience and will keep coming back since we work in the area—it's always a great choice. The staff is incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. Sabrina at this location is super awesome and a great multitasker.. whenever I come this location she always have a friendly smile food is good as well
