The restaurant was not clean, multiple people ignored the huge spill at the soda fountain (until I reported it, then it was cleaned up-what is wrong with our culture that we ignore an obvious situation-yes people it is okay to report a problem-our order was incorrect-check your bags before you leave and NO they were not overly busy or understaffed. It's possibly a bad day, but try to better the situation.

Our drive-through order was short on sandwiches and cold. I was told to come back, and they would comp the whole meal (we would have been happy with just the hot fresh sandwiches missing from our order). When going through the drive the second time, it wasn't anywhere what we ordered at all , all we wanted was the sandwiches they omitted from our order. We received the 2 omitted sandwiches (semi warm) fries which were hot, an old cold apple pie ( both not part of the order) my husband felt it was a rude gesture and came home hungry and unhappy with the whole experience. Being an off the interstate access restaurant, they probably depend on people not checking orders and not making the trip back to get a corrected order. It all starts at the top, and management is failing its employees and customers.

I’m a truck driver I walked over from the truck stop next door and the cashier automatically assumed I was homeless because I had my laundry in a plastic bag. Proceeds to speak to me like I’m a piece of trash and ontop of that mess my whole order up. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. These are the people that demand more money per hour. Hopefully they get replaced by machines.
Not sure what was going on today, employee at the counter was not paying attention as we were ordering. We actually got frustrated and left without getting any food. Perhaps just a bad day.

3pm on a Sunday afternoon with four adults working and we cannot seem to handle a few small orders. I had to wait 30+ minutes for 2 fries, a happy meal, and three drinks. Went in twice to check status and no one seemed bothered. ??? No way to request a refund once paid on the app. Horrible, horrible service!!!
