Our drive-through order was short on sandwiches and cold. I was told to come back, and they would comp the whole meal (we would have been happy with just the hot fresh sandwiches missing from our order). When going through the drive the second time, it wasn't anywhere what we ordered at all , all we wanted was the sandwiches they omitted from our order. I ordered a quarter pounder and 10 pc nugget along with what the app said was a peppermint coffee...I was informed they don't offer that drink so had to get a different flavor...why was it on the app? Burger was good nuggets a little

The restaurant was not clean, multiple people ignored the huge spill at the soda fountain (until I reported it, then it was cleaned up-what is wrong with our culture that we ignore an obvious situation-yes people it is okay to report a problem-our order was incorrect-check your bags before you leave and NO they were not overly busy or understaffed. It's possibly a bad day, but try to better the situation.
