“So a little bit of backstory on this. My boyfriend and I spent the weekend in Peoria for a concert. After a stay at a less than stellar hotel (review to follow this one) ... we were in dire need of caffeine. I was a bit of a holdout because I was still trying to hydrate so we eventually stopped here. I place my order via the kiosk and ordered an Oreo frappe. Only to be informed by a cashier who was absolutely lovely that their machine was broken. She was extremely apologetic and actually refunded me the entire price of the frappe and still gave me a large caramel iced coffee. Some of the best service I've ever received at any chain restaurant let alone McDonald's. My other two items were hot and delicious and very fresh. The restaurant itself was very clean and not at all chaotic like most McDonald's in the morning. So if you're ever in Mendota, don't hesitate to stop here! Unlike most of my reviews this will be the only photo because well, you know what a McDonald's looks like ... and I was hungry so I ate my food.“
“We attended the Grand Opening last weekend of the Cup & Cake with our grandkids, they enjoyed the sprinkle doughnuts, I had a glazed doughnut, and my wife had a cinnamon roll. Everything was delicious, they have a variety of coffees, pastries, and a fun atmosphere. I hope they do very well with this new business.“
“How's I've always had a great experience with this McDonald's and I also go with my aunt and get a caramel frappe or chocolate drizzle on the inside it's really good and I normally get their burgers and whatnot in the fries“
