“Normally the employees at scooters are wonderful but the two girls working there today August 18th at 430 were absolutely the most unfriendly people I’ve ever encountered there! I ordered ahead and and had to wait because they had not even started to make my drink. There was no one else there and you would think they would have time to make one drink in 5 minutes! Those two girls couldn’t smile if they had to!“

“Unfortunately I have not found a good item I have cared for, pretty bland or off in some way.. as for the service, the handful of times I’ve gone they have always been polite and prompt. I’ve always been offered an “upsell” in a polite way. The blended pb cup is my favorite! I’ve only tried a few other drink and keep coming back for this one.“

“My original review of this location was one star for piss poor management and a very immature lockeroom mentality style general manger who employed people who barely could do their job or had TERRIBLE attitudes. Well since then the store has really come around. I dont know if the same general manager is still employed there but if so then he should be credited for the major overhaul. The staff (atleast from what ive seen) is much more upbeat and dare i say cheerful even. Orders are getting screwed up FAR LESS then previously, and theres even an acquaintance of mine that works there now who i know for a fact always does there best job. Scooters plano is still a much better coffee destination, but if im closer to dunkin in my travels then i wont make it my mission to stay away anymore like in the past“

“I go to the mcdonalds everyday, they all pretty much know me here. The two male managers that work mainly at night are absolutely amazing to me. They know exactly who they are if they are reading this. If anything is ever wrong with my order they are quick and NICE to fix it. They go above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate their patience with me as I know I can be annoying/picky at times. Their kindness does not go unnoticed!
