This is a cute local coffee shop that gives you big taste and smiles with every cup.
Iced chai is still amazing. The girl at the counter might need additional training. stopped in around 1030 not a hi welcome in, can i take your order just kept chatting with her friend on the other side of the counter. eventually i realized i could order at the tablet. being my 1st time at the store some direction or acknowledgement would have been appreciated.
Stopped at the new one in Plano this morning. I got a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit - delish! I also got a frozen white mocha - so good! And my favorite is the glazed croissant! You should definitely try it! No more expensive than McDonald's and soooo much better 😁

Based on the reviews, The Hinckley Coffee House is a great local spot in the rural, absolutely fabulous, and worth a pretty drive through the country. The staff, that make the specialty beverages, is always cheerful and very creative coming up with tweaks not on the menu. The Iced chai is still amazing. The Iced Mocha is perfectly made, not too sweet and a nice bold, rich coffee and mocha flavor. The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit is delish, and the frozen white mocha is so good. A favorite is the glazed croissant. The turkey bacon sandwich on a croissant was incredible. It is no more expensive than McDonald's and soooo much better. Some customers noted sandwiches seem to be out of the few times they went, and one mentioned a need for additional training at the counter.
