I love this place, but idk if it's because the staff is new or what, but the waiters won't warn you about upcharges on items they ask/recommend and then you find out once you get your bill. Otherwise the food and atmosphere is good.

I called to order 2 pizzas and told them I had a coupon for free delivery and Pepsi. I was told they had no driver so I would have to pick it up; I asked do I still get the free Pepsi and was told NO, because I was picking it up. I ordered from the another pizza place in town. I’m thinking my choice for ordering pizza has changed from now on.

I ordered pizza for delivery about 3 weeks ago and was told an hour for delivery. After 2 hours the pizza still wasn't delivered. When I called the store, I was told the driver had to go to a different town first but should be there soon. Another half hour went by without delivery. I called the store again and was told that the order should be there soon. It finally got delivered almost 3 hours later ice cold. I called the store and spoke with a manager who said they would credit my account for the same order. I called tonight to order my pizza and they couldn't find the credit. A manager got on the phone and said I had a $50 credit. I used the credit and purchased an additional $20 worth of food and was told the order would be delivered in an hour. The delivery driver called me after an hour to verify my address which had apparently been entered incorrectly. I gave the correct address and he told me he should be there in about 15 minutes which is an accurate time from their location to my home. After 40 minutes and no delivery, I called and asked to speak with a manager. The manager, Josh, told me thst the driver had to go to a different town first and they were remaking my order so it could be delivered hot. He said the driver was supposed to call me, but I never received a call. I told him this was the second time we had this happen and it was a little frustrating and I probably wouldn't be ordering again and planned to leave a review. He told me that was fine and he didn't order from there either. I asked if there was anything he could do to make this right and his response was that I already had a free pizza. I told him we had a free pizza because there was an issue. He then told me there was an issue with my address to which I responded had been entered by an employee there. I asked if there was anyone else I could talk to and he told me there was not especially since I had told him I probably wouldn't order from there again and was leaving a review. I asked for a number to corporate and he then told me to have a good night and hung up on me. I am not sure if Josh is even the actual manager but Rosatis in Mendota has lost a regular customer. Pizza was ordered at 7 and at 915 still not here and terrible customer service.

Order food for delivery paid over $60 after tip had to call at the 2 hour mark to see why the food hadn’t arrived yet. Showed up 10 minutes later ice cold and the burgers bun and all burnt to a crisp.
Normally the pizza has been very good but the last 3 or 4 times we've picked one up they have been burnt. Today we ordered a thin crust, easy cheese pizza with black olives and spaghetti with meatballs and sausage. The pizza was completely burnt, the olives were missing, and the spaghetti came with meatballs but not the sausage I requested. This is a restaurant that we Normally order our pizza from. Disappointed.

I'm not even sure where to start First my order took two n a half hours to be delivered we got two 18 inch pizzas and not only did it take that long to arrive but the driver informed me she did not have any change our order was 65 dollars I handed her 80 she literally ran to her ran vehicle when I asked about my change she yelled out her window she didn't have any and her and her passenger sped off!!!! Now the even worse parts not only was our entire order ice cold and had to be reheated it not the right toppings I've been trying to call them and the lady keeps hanging up on me I'll never order from here again what a joke

Delicious pizza, staff very nice, I have 4 stars because I thought they were a little pricey. I went there to pick up and it was hot and ready when I got there. I will go and dine in next time, it looked clean and cozy.
