This location is terrible. Always runs out of products to make most of their coffees. I live two blocks (walking distance) away from this location and its a shame I have to always leave and drive to another location to get the coffee I want. The employees dont seem to care when they run of out items and just shrug their shoulders about it. Please do better with your customer service and stocking up on ingredients for your coffees.
I ordered large iced shaken espresso with oat milk, and large ice Caramel Macchiato, cold brew, ice laveder latte and gift cards. The lavander latte and cold brew were good. But the shaken espresso and caramel macchiato were so milky and something was off.

Come here almost every day and have just dealt with drinks that are a little off every now and then. Today was too much. When I pay for an already pricey drink, I expect the drink to at least have the menu-offered ingredients. $9 for a drink to toss it in the trash. I don’t sit there and taste test it so coming back to have it re-made is an inconvenience. Just make the drink how it’s supposed to be made.

Drinks are inconsistent. Some baristas are great but others are not detailed oriented. Sometimes a venti is only filled 3/4 of the way or requests aren’t followed. Drinks are just inconsistent.

Highly disappointed with today’s service. I had to repeat a SIMPLE order a total of four times because the barista was having more important side conversations with various people behind the counter. Rude. She still managed to get my order wrong. When I asked was my coffee made with almond milk she said Im sorry but thats an upcharge. The audacity. Pay attention to the customer and check for order accuracy. Ive been to Starbucks all over the world and never encountered this level of unprofessionalism. Top dollar for piss poor service. No thanks. This issue will be escalated.

It is an in-store, in store, so it gets busy. Staff is efficient! The manager knows what she's doing, and her employees show it.

There are never enough baristas working. causing orders to take hours long to get served. The workers decide to clean instead of taking your order. When workers mess up they don’t admit to it and give attitude when it was their fault. Drinks are amamzing though.

Literally so disappointed… first the girl uses my points without me asking!!! And then I asked for a pink drink and it’s a literal refresher! When I asked the girl if she added milk she said “ yeah? “ like if she knew she didn’t put any in there. And then I overheard the owner tell her she’s supposed to add milk. So why didn’t she just re make my drink instead of lying to me. Go to the one in oak lawn it’s 10 times better!

Thank you for the stickers on my cup. Just wish my Mocha Frappuccino was blended more. Also, Starbucks personally needs to get it together with the Jewel's locations because I do not like being forced to load my Starbucks account just to get some stars at this location. What if I wanted to pay with cash?

One of the ladies waiting on me was rude and saying I ordered a different drink than I did. Saying I told her something different. If you made a mistake and gave me the wrong drink - own up to it and apologize. So defensive. I only ever order one drink. I’ll give a three because the drink was good at least.
