“love dairy queen. but today my wife and I went through drive through for lunch about 1:00. each of us had fries with our meals. everyone wearing masks. the girl at the window (wearing shorts) was a little rude though. when she handed us our meals, I asked her if there were any catsup packets in the bag. she went and got some and came back saying "you have to ask for them". mmmm. I wonder what the hell she thought I was doing just then ??? dumb“

“The team members at the Metamora Illinois McDonald's locations are excellent. They treat everybody with dignity and respect. If there's an error on the order and you tell them about it they fix it without complaining and they're happy to do it. In comparison to other McDonald's in the area this McDonald's is at the top of the list for excellence. The stores in Washington and Peoria treat you like you're an inconvenience“

“Visited Germantown Grille for the first time today. My husband and I like to take little road trips for lunch on Fridays. Your lunch did not disappoint, the Dixon Cod sandwich was delicious and the haystack oh my. Half is for supper tonight. We will be back, I give you a 10.“

“The only thing I think that could have been better with our experience is the wait at the cashier/counter. There was a lengthy line, and there were others on staff that could have helped. This would have sped things up a little. The young lady who was taking orders did her best and was very professional and kind.“

“Our Chillicothe Dairy Queen deserves a 100% rating! The ice cream is always great and workers care. Plus it's super convenient not having to drive into Peoria. It's worth noting they don't have a full grill menu but the items they serve are delicious.“

Not only was my food hot fast and delicious the manger Chrissy who took my order provided me with I would say was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had at any establishment Ive ever been too . So not only was my food hot and delicious and fresh I enjoyed my dining experience just all around because of her. Its incredibly hard to get good customer service anywhere you go these days so I wanted whoever to know how amazing this lady was . I will definitely be returning to this location because of her.
