Second time I have had a significant delay in drive through service. I like their food but I get fast food in part for the speed of service so this was a disappointment. Others pulled out of line rather than waiting. The employees are very pleasant but too
Trash was over flowing. No napkins. Floor sticky by drink fountain. Tables not wiped down. Overall a very dirty Hardees. Had a hand breaded chicken sandwich. It's was so saturated in fryer grease you could squeeze it and watch it run off it 2 bites threw it out. Bathroom a disaster.

I stop by Hardees for breakfast three days a week and don't usually have any issues. This morning however, I put my order in on the app (soda and cinnamon biscuit) and when I arrived I was asked to pull forward. I'm not sure what takes so long to put a biscuit in a box, but I'm patient, so I did what I was asked. When my order was brought out I checked the bag to make sure it was correct.
