Hardees is severely underrated with the quality of their food. The food always tastes great but it can take a while for some orders compared to other fast food.

I like the food, but only when they actually get the order right. Three times now I’ve ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo off the regular numbered menu which is listed as a #5 double bacon cheeseburger that is pictured with lettuce tomato Mayo and bacon. Three times now they’ve given me the wrong burger. Once they gave me a tiny junior burger, which is not what I ordered. The second time they gave me just a double bacon burger no toppings except cheese which is basically a monster burger. and one time they forgot to put my burger in the bag at all. its hard to have patience when it keeps happening

Rude employees, guy in the Yellowstone shirt took 5 minutes to stop counting his till to take our order. Unfriendly customer service.Workers are very unsanitary and unprofessional.Will not return!!!

waited in drive thru line 20 minutes for 2 sausage egg biscuits then told I needed to wait for longer so I asked for a refund then told I have to wait for that too.Never going back there again.Used to have decent service but not anymore..

I stop by Hardees for breakfast three days a week and don't usually have any issues. This morning however, I put my order in on the app (soda and cinnamon biscuit) and when I arrived I was asked to pull forward. I'm not sure what takes so long to put a biscuit in a box, but I'm patient, so I did what I was asked. When my order was brought out I checked the bag to make sure it was correct. The biscuit had a dollop of icing the size of a quarter! I felt cheated as the icing is the best part. When I went in to ask about it, the employees said they were out of icing. I would've ordered something else if they had said they were out of icing.
