Decent atmosphere, but they expect people to use the kiosk and if you paynwith cash you can be standing at the register for 5 minutes without someone even realizing you're there. I've had something missing 4 out of times times I use it. Not the best rep in town. But at the same time, do McDonald's really ever have the best reputation ?

The team members at the Metamora Illinois McDonald's locations are excellent. They treat everybody with dignity and respect. If there's an error on the order and you tell them about it they fix it without complaining and they're happy to do it. In comparison to other McDonald's in the area this McDonald's is at the top of the list for excellence. The stores in Washington and Peoria treat you like you're an inconvenience

The service at this McDonald's is awesome. Hats off to the lady who is 1st shift manager/supervisor. I wish I could remember her name but she goes out of her way to make the customers experience the best it can be. I would support this McDonald's over other locations simply because I know she genuinely cares about providing good food and good service.
