Such a cute and colorful restaurant. Very nice wait staff. Great queso and my Quesadilla Texana was amazing. My boyfriend mentioned his beef burritos were a little bland, but we enjoyed our date while we were being touristy.

What a great family owned Mexican restaurant. The margaritas are excellent and the staff is great. Loved all the outdoor patio space although I’m not sure they always serve food out there.

It's just like every other Mexican restaurant. Nothing special. It's been this way every since it was put in this spot. I believe it a popular place bc it's 1 of 4 restaurants in Metropolis were u can eat & drink.

We were with a large group so that may have affected the service. The mexican food is very plain and seasonings were weird.

The staff was rude. Took 30 minutes to take our order and still not out in an hour. The owner said if you don't like it just leave. It needs the doors shut. I am a local food guide and they will be getting an awful review.

The greeting by the obviously overwhelmed older gent was short and very much stressed. Instead of walking us to our seat he just showed us the way by a turn of his head and said sit at the booth. Not at all impressed at this point.

A much younger gent took care of us for ordering and checking on us during mealtime. He definitely made up for his co-workers downfalls. He was very pleasant happy and not stressed so his kindness and eagerness to please was shining through .

Food was good for Midwest. Only complaint about the food was the spicy salsa...was not spicy at all for me.

Nothing special but average food. Seating needs to be fixed. Booth we where is had a cushion that desperately needs replaced.

I really love coming to this very nice authentic Mexican restaurant with all my loved ones. I really love going after church this is the only Mexican restaurant I actually like and the service is probably the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I love how good the food is. My favorite thing to get here to eat is the fantastic hardshell beef taco with a side of rice and beans with a side of Queso but all the food is fantastic. They have a very wide variety of foods and they have good food options for kids just in case you kids a picky eater. It’s a really great environment here I highly recommend if you’re in the Metropolis area, my favorite local restaurant El tequila.

Amazing restaurant.the people here are so amazing ,nice ,and cool workers are so friendly every time I go.food is just immaculate and queso is fire.Ashley’s aura is amazing and she loves to help when she can.serving time is great I get my food so quick it’s better than any other Mexican restaurant I’ve tried so far DEFINITELY a check it out!!!!me and my 2 kids and my husband some here so often LOVE IT!!!
